Helping Hands offers private services for adults, including faith-based Christian counseling, general life guidance, emotional support, and mental-health support. Group sessions are not currently offered.
ABOUT DR. TISDALE

For more than 40 years, Dr. Tisdale has worked with people facing complex personal, mental-health, and life challenges. Her background in support, advocacy, chaplaincy, ministry, and Christian counseling education helps her listen with patience, understand each person’s circumstances, and provide individualized, faith-rooted guidance with care and respect.
