Dr. Evangelist Tisdale is a "pew baby" from birth. She is the daughter of Pastor N. Thomas and First Lady Terri T. Tisdale, and the granddaughter of the late Pastor Thomas N. and First Lady (Ruth) Lorene Tisdale. The Lord loved her so much that He gave her a beautiful daughter to call her own.

Dr. Evangelist Tisdale serves at Greater Grace Church (GGC), formerly known as Greater Grace Worship Center (GGWC), under the leadership of Pastor Michael and Lady Rachel Foster. She is an ordained, licensed Evangelist and dedicated servant of Christ, known for her helping hands and loving heart.

Secular career:

For forty-plus years, Dr. Evangelist Tisdale chose her career path in
Mental Health and Criminal Justice. She has worked in psychiatric inpatient & outpatient hospitals/
treatment centers, forensic services for sex offenders, and dual diagnosis recovery homes, county
jail, juvenile hall, group homes, state parole agency, side-by-side local District Attorneys, Public
Defenders, Patients’ Rights Advocates, and owned and operated a licensed Board & Care Home
under the supervision of the State of California Community Care Licensing Department, Title 22.
so much more. In 2008, the Lord blessed her with the birth of Sacred Hearts Ministry. She serves in the
capacity of a Chaplain and Liaison who serves the mentally disabled population of individuals to
continue today, blessing individuals who experience mental health concerns. In 2022, the Lord
blessed her to open Helping Hands Counseling Service. On her birthday, in the year 2024, she retired
from the State of California, Department of Mental Health.

Religious career:

In 2004, she received a GGWC Minister's license, and in 2006, she was
elevated Evangelist license, and in the year 2010, she was ordained by Bishop David C. Foster, Sr.
She continues to serve in various leadership roles, such as Church Administration, Ministerial
Alliance President, Berean Ministry Sunday School teacher, School of Ministry staff & teacher,
and Bereavement Ministry Coordinator. In 2012, under Sacred Hearts Ministry, she was called to
Sacramento County Jail as a Chaplain in the Main jail to minister to incarcerated women. In 2020,
She developed a Women's Ministry named “Just Saying,” an online ZOOM platform for women
to have an intimate conversation regarding the issues of life and networking opportunities. In
In 2021, during COVID, she developed and implemented the GGC Crisis Response & Referral
Ministry, and in the year 2023, ministering to family and friends, the Lord blessed her to birth New
Life in Christ Ministry.

Scholastic achievement:

Evangelist Tisdale earned an associate’s degree in 1992 and a bachelor’s degree in
1994, and two master’s degrees, 2010 & 2022. In 2023, she completed the Stepping Higher
Academy. A Faith-Based & Behavioral Health Academy bridging spiritual & mental health. In June
In 2024, she earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Christian Counseling, and in August 2024, she
received a Biblical Studies certificate.
Dr. Tisdale shares that her greatest LOVE is being a born-again Christian. She loves to
teach and disciple souls for kingdom building, and more importantly, her personal relationship
with Christ.
